Dining Room in Moroccan Style
The Moroccan style is bright and majestic at the same time. It attracts attention, makes the Interior festive and solemn, but even so is cozy. It is pleasure to stay in such rooms, they give a sense of Oriental luxury, wisdom, and peace at the same time. The Moroccan-style dining room has gathered together the basic elements, principles of decoration, that makes it harmonious and comfortable.
Brightness and Grandeur in One Interior
Palaces of Morocco differ with masterful drawing in all details. Artisans, both of the past and present, adhere to the special attractive style in decoration of housing and interior items. For high rooms, classics of the genre can be called rich stalactic décor of the ceilings, which visually have made them lower, thus creating a feeling of comfortable coziness. But in this case, this technique would not be possible, because the ceilings are low. So it has been decided to decorate it with motifs of Moroccan ornament. This was caused by the fact that other Interior and décor items are made by artisans of that country.
Skillful ornamental ceiling painting is performed in such way that creates a smooth transition between the gilded stucco moldings and central part of the room. This has allowed creating the spatial illusion, the ceiling is like slightly raised above the walls. In addition, the lamp gives a directed beam of light that “dissolves” the ceiling.
Pretty quiet color gamma has been chosen for a relatively small room. The walls are dyed in soothing solid color and decorated with wooden panels. But even so the abundance of small decorative elements makes it very dressy.
Lamps are essential elements of this room, as not enough light gets through small windows. Therefore, it was decided to choose stylistic chandeliers and bracket lamps with lots of small crystal elements. They scatter ”sun rays” across the room and give it a warm mood.
Rhythm of Rest
Since configuration of the room is quite complicated, it has been decided to turn this feature into advantage by using decorative elements. Wall-mounted upholstery sofas “invite” to sit down to think on the meaning of life, to maintain pleasant conversation. The ceiling stucco moldings and ornamental paintings define this relaxation area.
For the room would not seem closed (there are only small windows), a number of decorative elements have been introduced into the Interior: paintings in gilded frames, amazingly beautiful plates, floor vases, carved inlaid table, elegant sofa.
On the other side, the living room looks like meticulously made, it can be viewed from different angles, while noticing interesting details, not getting tired to admire the skill of the craftsmen.
